Transition to Best Practice

This weekend Omeo District Health’s
Community Care Centre (CHC) is moving to a new electronic health record system
called Best Practice.

The new system, will deliver faster
processing, provides more intuitive functionality and better integration with
other systems. It is also the system of choice for our most regular GPs.

The system will continue to keep
your information safe and secure.

We are also using this opportunity
to make sure we have the most up to date information about you, so don’t be
surprised if we ask a few more questions when you access the CHC.
