What happens at your first appointment?

Your first appointment may last up to an hour. You'll have a chance to meet the clinician and talk about what's been happening in your life. They may ask some questions to better understand your needs and how they can support you.

It's normal to feel a little nervous. Remember, no concern is too small, and together you'll develop a plan to support your wellbeing.
